Experience

Adrian has worked in regional school improvement since 2018.

He is a member of the cross regional working group for digital learning and has responsibility for the coordination of regional  support for digital Learning, Coding and Online Safety.

Adrian began his career in education in 2004 as a secondary teacher of chemistry. He then transferred to the primary sector where he  coordinated science and technology  and implemented the necessary changes and training required by the digital technology explosion.  During this time he was deputy

headteacher for 12 years and an acting headteacher for over a year. 

Prior to joining the education profession Adrian worked in the industrial science industry and had his own successful business.
