Experience
Jenna leads on research, enquiry and pedagogy in Partneriaeth. She has worked in regional school improvement since 2018. From January 2021 – July 2022 Jenna was seconded to a secondary school as assistant headteacher with responsibility for teaching and learning.
Jenna has worked in education since 2009 and is a former leader of teaching and learning in a large secondary in Neath Port Talbot. Jenna is a qualified Additional Inspector with Estyn. She has completed her graduate diploma in Leadership and Management and is currently completing her MA (Ed).
