Experience
Anthony leads on skills, secondary specialist support, assessment and qualifications. He has worked in regional school improvement since 2019 initially as an English subject specialist and then as interim Lead for Secondary Curriculum and Examinations. Anthony took a secondment as deputy headteacher at a 3-16 school in Pembrokeshire in 2021-22 before returning to the region as a Lead Adviser.
Anthony has had senior leadership positions in schools with responsibilities for teaching, learning and curriculum as well as being a Head of English and LLC. Anthony is an experienced examiner for English Language GCSE and a qualified Estyn Additional Inspector.
