Debbie leads on professional learning for Curriculum for Wales and represents the region in Welsh Government and cross regional meetings. She has worked within regional school improvement since 2018. She was a cluster leader of learning for a year before she was appointed as a member of the regional Curriculum and Innovation team to develop support for the Expressive Arts Area of Learning and Experience. Debbie has over 10 years experience of working within the creative industry, mainly in television and theatre. She then completed a completed a primary PGCE specialising in Welsh and has taught across the age range within the primary sector.
