Rob is the strategic lead for leadership and careers pathways with responsibility for the Aspiring Headteachers /NPQH and the New and Acting Headteachers programmes.
Rob has over twenty years of experience as a headteacher in both a special school and a mainstream 11-16 secondary. Rob has worked at local authority level as a school improvement adviser and ALN transformation champion. He has over 20 years of experience as a chair of governors at a primary school and is also a trained Additional Inspector with Estyn.
