Experience
Cressy is the Senior Strategic Adviser (SSA) with responsibility for the professional learning offer. She is also the link SSA for Swansea local authority. She has worked in regional school improvement since 2015 when she was seconded from her post as a local authority Looked After Children education coordinator to regional lead for well-being. Cressy chaired the working group that designed and developed the Health and Well-being Area of Learning and Experience.
She began her career in education in 1993 as a secondary history teacher and has taught and held leadership positions in primary, secondary and specialist settings in Bristol and London.
