Experience
Ann is currently the Senior Strategic Adviser (SSA) with responsibility for impact and evaluation of Partneriaeth’s professional learning and support offer. She is also the link SSA for Carmarthenshire local authority. She began her career in education in 1998 as a primary school teacher and has taught and held leadership positions in both Welsh and English primary schools in Carmarthenshire.
She was seconded to Carmarthenshire local authority as an advisory teacher for afmily learning and subsequently went on to become a Foundation Phase Curriculum Training and Support Advisor. She has delivered various Foundation Phase training to schools and education settings across Wales through CYDAG. Since 2016 Ann has been headteacher of a large Welsh medium primary school. Ann is also an experienced Additional Inspector with Estyn.
