Experience

Helen has worked in regional school improvement since 2018.  She meets regularly with Local Authority HR teams to develop regional policy, guidance and training packages.  She also chairs the Trade Union forum meetings. She is currently part of the Welsh Government working group reviewing Performance Management guidance having developed a new regional policy and training package on performance development for Leaders, Teachers and Support Staff.   

Helen has worked in HR for over 20 years. She has worked in local government since 2012 and has experience of working in both the Social Care and Education Departments. Helen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
